The Billy Harris Dinner Series announced TWO NEW DINNERS with Chef Daniel Boulud at Restaurant DANIEL and Chef Thomas Keller at Per Se on Wednesday May 9th and Sunday June 24th in New York City respectively. Two intimate seated dinners will be hosted by acclaimed culinary MC, Billy Harris. Guests will enjoy a multi-course menu with wine pairing, chef meet and greet, hosted cocktail hour with hors d'oeuvres, plus fun, excitement, photos, and a live auction! The proceeds from the auction will benefit ment'or BKB Foundation.
ABOUT MENT'OR:
Ment'or is a leading nonprofit organization devoted to inspiring culinary excellence in young professionals and preserving the traditions and quality of cuisine in America.
Its aim is to build a sustainable community of young American professionals that are knowledgeable and confident in their career pursuits and will be life-long ambassadors of quality and excellence in the world of gastronomy. Offering Grants as continuing educational opportunities for culinary professionals looking to expand their culinary education and skill set
Identifying and promoting young chefs through the “Young Chef & Commis Competitions” held every year
Selecting and training the most promising young chefs to represent the Bocuse d’Or Team USA at the world’s most prestigious culinary competition
